I took this photo while visiting a Christmas market in Wernigerode, a small town in the Harz mountains. There are many pretty alleys in Wernigerode, with half-timbered buildings completing the fairytale-like scenery. I like the atmosphere and the light touching the ground, enhanced by the wet cobblestone road.
